Jordan was among the few countries in the region that enacted its environmental law since 1992, legislation that was based on the National Environmental Strategy of August 1991, which stemmed from which was then the latest development environmental concepts and legislation. Our legal team proudly provides its legal advice to the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN), and is well-versed in drafting and analyzing such legal tools, regionally and internationally, for the representation of clients in all matters related to implementing environement regulations in Jordan.
