About Shadi 

• Shadi is the Head of the Litigation Department specialized in the fields of arbitration & mediation, Commercial Law, Landlords and Tenants law, Intellectual Property Laws, Civil Law, Insurance Law, Environmental Law, Labor Law, Criminal Law, Customs Law , Telecommunications Law ,Cybercrimes in addition to his experience in crimes related to the Press and Publications Law. He has represented many individuals and entities in a disputes related to the Administrative.  He is an expert in drafting civil, employment, Joint venture, and memorandum of understanding contracts. He has a wide and extensive knowledge of the legal system in Jordan and he had published research papers in the areas of public and private law and arbitration; he has participated in many seminars and legal courses and he has been selected to participate in drafting and amending many Jordanian Laws. Shadi a special mediator approved by the Ministry of Justice. He has advised and represents clients on the issue of collective labor disputes in addition to providing his expert legal opinion and consultations to many public and private entities on legal matters related on all aspects of the Jordanian Laws.
